The Founding Cadre
Not a Roster. A Cadre.
A cadre is a professional body of subject matter experts entrusted with preserving standards, developing doctrine, mentoring future instructors, and ensuring consistency across every training program.
Our instructors come from military, law enforcement, executive protection, federal security, and emergency medical backgrounds. They shape doctrine, establish training standards, and represent the values of the Academy — on and off the training ground.
Selection Process
Selection Is Provisional
Selection into the Academy — and even completion of academy evolutions — does not, by itself, make a candidate a full Praetorian operator. Operator status is earned only after the full vetting process, required Florida licensing, and a signed employment or contractor agreement are complete.
